Editor's Heart for October 2020
Seek the LORD while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the LORD, and He will have mercy on him;
and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.

Prayerfully and carefully reread the Scripture passage above... seek the Lord WHILE He may be found... call upon Him WHILE He is near. The word "while" defines a specific, finite period of time. In other words, the "while" time has an end. I don't know about you, but it shakes me to think of a time when the Lord CAN'T be found, a time when the Lord ISN'T near.

Have we taken for granted the availability of God's presence? Have we been 'sleeping and slumbering, folding our hands in rest' (see Proverbs 24:33-34) in a spiritual sense? This is not a time for Christians to be at ease. This is not a time for us to be distracted by the cares of the world. This is not a time for us to be building our own kingdoms at the expense of His Kingdom. This is a time for all those who trust on the name of the Lord to seek Him MORE diligently, to call on Him MORE fervently. According to statistics, "nearly 150,000 people die per day worldwide, based on the latest comprehensive research published in 2017." (https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/05/how-many-people-die-each-day-covid-19-coronavirus/) How many of those people are bound for heaven, to spend eternity in the presence of God, and how many of them will spend eternity in hell, separated from God, and tormented? We (His people, called by His name) need to be crying out to God for the souls of the lost NOW while He may be found. We (His people, called by His name) need to be speaking His word, His truth, to the lost so they can turn to Him NOW while He is near. There is no time to waste. Tomorrow is not promised. NOW is the accepted time. NOW is the day of salvation. (See 2 Corinthians 6:2)

Night 1 we will celebrate with the creative arts with presentations of song, dance, and poetry, as well as with worship and the Word. Night 2 we will honor past conference participants, as well as present worship and the Word. Come celebrate the Lord with us and let us exalt His name together!

Breathe L.I.F.E. 5th Anniversary Conference
On October 30th and 31st, we will be having our 5th Anniversary Conference! You are ALL invited to a 2-night celebration of Almighty God! We cry out, "Revive us, O Lord!"

If you've been following us on Facebook, you may also have seen announcements indicating that this will be our FINAL conference. Yes, it's true. Under the direction of the Lord, we are closing one chapter in order to start a new one. Breathe L.I.F.E. has always been an evangelistic ministry, an outreach ministry; and as such, our ministry is primarily on the streets, in the neighborhoods and communities where God sends us. So our focus is out THERE where the fields are white for harvest!

So come be a part of our celebration! Come magnify the Lord with us! And then come hit the streets with us as well! Reach out to find out how you can be involved in spreading the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and reaping a harvest of souls for the Kingdom of God!

Repentance Call
Repentance Call is heading to Houston, TX, in the month of November! The need is great, but our God is greater! On the afternoon of November 13th, a team of spiritual warriors will head to Houston to advance the Kingdom of our God. The major outreach activities will take place throughout the day on November 14th.
|
There are various ways YOU can be involved in this Evangelistic Outreach!

#1. You may want to be a member of the outreach team for a future travel date. Reach out to find out!

|
#2. While the team is on the road, there will be a group of intercessors praying over the team here at home. Again... reach out to find out! Request membership in the intercessors Facebook group to be up-to-date and involved. (https://www.facebook.com/groups/breathelifeintercessors)

#3. Finances are always needed to support outreach efforts. The team needs larger transportation, hotel rooms,

|
gas for the vehicles, meals, tracts, anointing oil, etc.

Servant's Heart Outreach
The Servant's Heart Outreach for the month of November will take place on Thanksgiving Day, 11/26/2020. This month, we will be blessing first responders. The team will be bringing turkeys, hams, dressing, green bean casserole, yams, and desserts to the personnel of District 11, who respond to emergency calls to protect and serve our community. If you would like to participate, contact a member of the team. (Contact information is given below.) Donations of food and/or finances are much needed and appreciated!

ALL cash donations go directly into supplying the outreaches or other ministry events. There are no salaries or personal expenses paid to any Breathe L.I.F.E. team members.

Personal Note: I would like to encourage anyone who feels a pull to be involved in some type of ministry -- dip your toes in the water by coming out on the street with us for one of these outreaches. I can't even tell you what a blessing it is to minister the Word of God to a receptive, responsive soul. The fields are white for the harvest!

Breathe L.I.F.E. is now officially registered with the State of Louisiana! We have submitted our application for 501(c)3 registration with the IRS and are now just awaiting their response! Thank you for your prayers and support!
