Every day, we get behind the wheel of a vehicle that weighs 4,000 pounds, give or take. We buckle our seatbelts, adjust our seat position, check the rearview mirrors... all the necessary safety precautions so that we can operate the vehicle safely. We may turn on some good music to make the trip more enjoyable. And we hit the road!

There are just so many distractions to take our attention from the road though. In fact, so many distractions that laws have been created to penalize people who text and drive, raising a whole advertising campaign focused on not being distracted while we drive.
|
|
Even more important, there are many distractions on our spiritual journeys designed to get us off our path and keep us from arriving at our intended eternal destination. Many of these things can make our trip more prosperous or enjoyable. But just like not watching the road while driving can be fatal, taking our eyes off our spiritual path can have disastrous effects... both in this life AND the life to come. There is no earthly pleasure or pursuit that is worth losing our salvation. The road is narrow...

Repentance Call
Repentance Call is heading to Jacksonville and Daytona, FL, in the month of February! The need is great, but our God is greater! On the afternoon of February 18th, a team of spiritual warriors will head to Florida to advance the Kingdom of our God!

There are various ways YOU can be involved in this Evangelistic Outreach!

#1. You may want to be a member of the outreach team for a future travel date. Reach out to find out!

#2. While the team is on the road, there will be a group of intercessors praying over the team here at home. Again... reach out to find out! Request membership in the intercessors Facebook group to be up-to-date and involved. (https://www.facebook.com/groups/breathelifeintercessors)

#3. Finances are always needed to support outreach efforts. The team needs larger transportation, hotel rooms,

|
gas for the vehicles, meals, tracts, anointing oil, etc.

Servant's Heart Outreach
The Servant's Heart Outreach for the month of February will be bringing care packages to the pediatric burn unit of Baton Rouge General Hospital on Sunday, 02/28/2021. We are collecting coloring books and crayons, games and puzzles, crafts, and other small treasures to the children being treated there and the staff taking care of them. Earlier in the month, we continued our expressions of appreciation to local first responders by bringing sweet treats to the first responders of St. George district on Jefferson Hwy. If you would like to participate, contact a member of the team. (Contact information is given below.) Donations of goods and/or finances are much needed and appreciated!

ALL cash donations go directly into supplying the outreaches or other ministry events. There are no salaries or personal expenses paid to any Breathe L.I.F.E. team members.
