Editor's Heart for March 2022

[Peter said, speaking of Jesus,] "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which by which we must be saved."

~ Acts 4: 12 (NKJV)
How I hate to even print that one verse out of context like that! Peter spoke that verse in the middle of a spontaneous sermon delivered to the high priest and his family, as well as the elders, scribes, and rulers in Jerusalem, when he and John had been arrested for preaching about Jesus. They had healed a lame man in the temple (Acts 3) and, when the people marveled, they began to tell them about Jesus. The same Peter who denied Jesus out of fear boldly proclaimed Him before the high priest and the elders, clearly rebuking them for the part they played in His crucifixion. And there was nothing the rulers could say to them because (4:13) they could see Peter and John had been with Jesus AND (4:14) they could see the lame man standing there healed!

There is power in the Name of Jesus! Power to heal! Power to deliver! Power to take a handful of uneducated and untrained men full of fear and doubt, transform them, and use them to impact the world! The Scripture says that 5,000 men were saved that day as a result of this encounter. The Scripture also says (Hebrews 13:8) that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He STILL heals! He STILL delivers! He STILL transforms lives and sends His people out to change the world!

Are you in need of healing, deliverance, and transformation? Have fear and doubt silence you or caused you to deny Jesus? Call on His Name! Repent and be changed... our world is in need of people who are transformed by Jesus to go forth in His Name.
Lord, change us, empower us, and send us forth in the mighty Name of Jesus!

Praise Reports

The January mission trip to Hot Springs, Arkansas, was wonderful. A divine appointment in Walmart led to a young woman's salvation, which is what these trips are all about. The team also had some encounters with witches and other territorial spirits. The openness and boldness of lifestyles and practices that are so contrary to the Word and will of God is becoming more rampant every day. We must take a stand "while it is called TODAY". As the Repentance Call mission trips go forth, God is revealing strongholds in these locations so the body of Christ can be aware and informed.

Breathe L.I.F.E. is very excited about this new division of Breathe L.I.F.E. Specifically, we are launching services for victims/survivors of violence -- human trafficking, domestic violence, rape/sexual assault, child abuse, molestation, and other forms of personal intimate trauma. At this time, we are seeking professionals willing to donate time as counselors, group facilitators, educators (for community workshops), and other needed healing/helping skills as this ministry grows. We are still in the planning/organizing stages, but have already been helping victims/survivors as the Lord places them before us. There is such a need for these types of services in our area! As God compels your heart, contact Nissa or Tina for more information on how to get involved.

We are in the planning stage for an awareness/advocacy event, Love Doesn't Hurt, coming up in April 2022. Stay tuned for more information.
