The purest test of our actions is the motive that lies behind them. Am I building my own kingdom or God's? Am I trying to draw attention to myself or point others to the Father? The sword of the Spirit... the Word of Truth... can divide my soul from my spirit and answer those questions. Lord, let all that we say and do be for Your glory!

We are so excited to announce 2nd annual Love Doesn't Hurt encounter! We have invited some powerful survivors to share their stories of healing and deliverance from abuse. We will also have some explosive dramatic presentations. Three local agencies will have resources available. This year is going to be something serious!

Repentance Call Mission Trips
The next Repentance Call Mission Trip will be launching out November 3rd through 5th (final details to be determined. Destination: ATLANTA, GA!
|
Pray for the churches/ministries in the host city:
• For laborers to be sent into the harvest. (Matt 8:38)
• To return to their first love and have the fire of God rekindled.
• To have God’s heart for the lost.
• Renewed desire to proclaim the gospel in their own city.
• To not be ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Pray for the RC Team:
• All boldness and clarity to speak the Word of God. (Acts 4:29)
• Health and safety of the team.
• Spiritual preparation for the mission.
• Gentleness, patience, and humility to correct those who are in error. (2 Tim. 2:24-26)
• An open door for the Word to be preached. (Col. 4:2-4)
• To operate in unity and one accord as a team.
• For the world to see the love of God through their love for each other.

• For all financial needs for the mission trip to be met.
|
Pray for the lost in the host city:
• To receive salvation, deliverance, baptism in the Holy Spirit, healing. These things are the will of God, therefore we can ask with boldness.
• To break the spiritual blindness that stops them from seeing and receiving the light of the glory of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. (2 Cor. 4:4)
• Spiritual thirst. (John 4:13-15)
• Ears to hear and hearts to receive. (Luke 8:11-15)
• To receive the truth of God’s impending judgment and to realize that His goodness is drawing them to repentance. (Romans 2:4)

Things that are needed for every mission trip include hotel/motel rooms for team members, transportation costs (rental vehicle and/or gas), food, gospel tracts, other handouts, etc.
|
|
|
|
|
|

ALL cash donations go directly into supplying the outreaches or other ministry events. There are no salaries or personal expenses paid to any Breathe L.I.F.E. team members.

Breathe L.I.F.E. is resuming some of our foundational outreaches: moonlight ministry; homeless outreaches with food, clothes, and other supplies; park and pray; back to school drives, etc. Follow us on social media (links below), subscribe to this newsletter, and visit our website to stay informed and get involved!

Shout Outs!
This month, we'd like to shout out Pastors Derek and Pamla Calloway of Faith Culture Church for the warm & welcoming presence in their church. If you haven't visited with them, drop by 2660 O'Neal Lane for a service and tell them we sent you! A 2nd shout out for Pastor Pam, who is also the owner/operator of Salon Charisma where she will make you look like the Queen you are, ladies! And the final shout out this month goes to Kirk and Rhonda Thibodaux of Travail 6:33 Inc. for the work/ministry they do in the community meeting people's need, physically and spiritually!

There is ALWAYS a need...
We are assembling care packs to have available at all times for giving as led and able. All sorts of items are needed: wash cloth, wipes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, razors, deodorant, tooth paste, tooth brushes, socks, sunscreen, bug spray, dental floss, hair brushes, combs, lotion, grooming products like nail clippers and files, maxi pads, tampons etc etc etc… and Gospel tracts. Not only do these care packs distribute essential personal items to those in need, they open a door for talking about Jesus.

I'd also like to mention that as needs are brought to us, we post on social media to give all an opportunity to meet those needs. If YOU or someone you know has an immediate need, please reach out by any of the means mentioned in this newsletter. We thank those who have sown in the past.
